Yes, I've been neglecting this site, but I PROMISE you, a new layout will be up soon.
...
So anyways, on Sunday, I had church school, and we were telling "touching" stories. I'll tell you one of the touchiest...(not in a bad way).
There was once a blind girl who hated the world, because she was blind. She hated everyone and everything, except for her loving boyfriend. They spent a lot of time together, and each day, they would love each other more and more. Each day, her boyfriend would ask her, "If you could see, would you marry me?" And each time, the girl would say, "Yes."
One day, the blind girl received a letter in the mail, and asked her boyfriend to read it out loud to her. As he read on, the girl became excited. The letter was from a hospital nearby saying that they could give her an operation to give her a new set of eyes so she could see. The girl went to the hospital and happily accepted to be operated on.
Two weeks went by, and the day of the operation came. The girl and her boyfriend drove to the hospital, and the girl was immediately given her new set of eyes. When she woke up, the first person she saw was her boyfriend. But to her shock, she saw that he was blind as well! Again, her boyfriend asked, "Now that you can see, my dear, will you marry me?" The girl looked at him. The horror of looking at his closed eyelids for her entire life scared her. She then harshly turned him down.
When the girl got home, she found a note on her kitchen table. It said," Take care of your eyes, my love, for what is now yours, was once mine."

Yeah. Don't ask me how the girl got home, or how the boyfriend wrote the note, the important thing was that it was touchy. Hoooorraaaayyy.
